Small aloha issue with max characters

Hi I am using aloha quick serve version 6.7.45
I was wondering how i bring up the character limit on mod buttons and on the guest check screen. They both have a very low limit

Character limit for mods is 16
Character limit for guest check I think is 24 or 26. Many sites use the same short name, for chit name and long name
