I've been having issues with the Citrix Print Manager service causing issues with auto-created client printers.
This is new to MPS 4.0 because of their new print subsystem. They were causing 1116 error messages in the application log and that would cause the printers not to auto-create.
I did two things to fix this issue.
I changed the Citrix Print Manager to start under "Local System" and added "System" account to load and unload device drivers.
This fixed the 1116 error messages.
