slt+enter does not function (not wrapping text)

alt+enter supposed to wrap text. Worked for me before,
but not now. I don't want to change the "format cell" option each time.
Anyone familiar with it? Is there a place where I can see list of shortcuts in my excel, in which this one is mentioned, can be edited, etc.?

Under Help Contents and Index, Index tab, try Keyboard.

Thanks JVFriederick, Now I know where to find the
shortcuts keyboard, which I need pretty often.
I also like to know where can I change these shortcuts, or see if they have been changed in My excel software.
