Slowwww connectivity w/ Wap11 assistance please !

ok here is the setup:

sprint dsl router > Linksys BEFSR41 >
-uplink (EFAH05W linksys switch) to pc's/laptops
-port 2(pc)
-port 3(WPS54GU2 print srvr)
-port 4(WAP11)to wireless laptop Wap11

its dirt slow throughout especially the wireless laptop
any suggestions ??
