Slow Windows 7 ODBC connection to SQL Server 2005

I had a SQL Server 2005 Developer edition installed on a Windows 7 Pro computer. I set up an ODBC connection but it was very slow. When I click the button "Test Data Source," it took 10 seconds to show the result "TESTS COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY."

Anyone has the similar problem?

The ODBC Driver is "Microsoft SQL Server ODBC Driver Version 06.01.7600".
