Slow website confusion

I have a number of sites being served off of Windows 2000 Server using a single IP. On most computers the sites load quickly.

There are a few computers, however, where the sites are either painfully slow to load, or don't load at all. Yet on these same computers other sites not on my server load just fine.

Does anyone have an idea why this could be happening?
