Slow user access time

Hey guys, I've got a problem with a slow client account. I'm running a 2k domain w/ 5 2k pro clients. Four of the five user accounts work great. The fifth account has some serious speed issues though. We are running an appraisal software on all clients. Every PC does fine with every user, except one. When the one user logs in and opens the program, everything is fine. When a report is pulled over from the Xeon 2.66 Server, the PC does not access the network for about 90 seconds. Once the network is accessed, everything is great. I've tried recreating the user and using diffent PC's with no change. Any help/insight would be greatly appreciated.
