Slow update

I'm running Apache httpd version 2.0.54 on AIX 5.1 ML 9. Everthing works fine but...

Mostly, but not always, when I amend a page and try and open the amended version I get the 'page cannot be displayed' message. Wait a few minutes and all is well. When doing experimental work this delay every time I want to change anything is realy anoying.

I've looked and looked through the documentation and run a search on this forum and cannot find any reference to this. Any help would be very gratefully received.

Is there anything unusual in the Apache logs when this error occurs?
