Slow to repond

After the machie boots up and prompts for CTL-ALT-DEL.
The machine takes a long time to eventually display the logon credentials.
There does not appear to be much activity on the lights.
Not sure why the machine has started to do this.
The only clues are that a friend may have changes WIFI setting.

Not sure what though - anyone have any ideas.

However, the machine is delayed even before it looks to logon to the network and will act the same when logging on locally.

Disable any unused network adapters, or set them to a fake static IP address.
