Slow speeds on netware backup

Hi,

I've got a netware 6 SP4 server that runs BackupExec 9. It's got an external SDLT 160/320 tapedrive from HP. Somehow I can't seem to get any decent preformance out if it. Any body any suggestions as to how I can find out where the problem is located or maybe a solution?

i read that you use cisco 3750.
try do disable 'mls qos' with :

!
no mls qos
!
on all of them

it's may be due to bufferisation from GE host to FE host
