Slow Restore To 2000 Client

We are using Arcserve 9 on a Netware 6.0.2 box, everything is running fine......EXCEPT.....When restoring files to a Windows 2000 client it restores extremely slow. I have tried the CA support stuff with no success. We backup the Windows 2000 machines at speeds higher then 250MB/Min and restore at about 10 MB/Mn. Can anyone out there help me.
