We are experiencing problems downloading reports from SAP to Excel.
Using two different machines, both on which the SAP 4.6D GUI was installed from an automated installation package from the same install CD, one machine will download a report to Excel in 2 or 3 minutes, where as the other machine takes around 25 minutes to download the same report. It is not a network issue as switching network connections produces the same results. Both machines are identical hardware wise, but have been built using a different workstation build.
Does anyone have any idea what may be causing these delays, or where I might begin looking for a solution.
