I am not a Network Engineer but if I am not looking for a solution, I am part of the problem. We are having issues with printing via Citrix. Please forgive my specs I will list the as I know them (Please let me know if I should include something more specific, I can look them up); Windows 2000 Server, using terminal services? We have several published apps running on the citrix servers all but 1 is printing properly. The one in question is an app with pervasive database. After you click print you literally have to wait 1.5 minutes before the print dialouge box comes up then you click print and continue to wait another minute or so. It's a wonder the users have revolted. Our vendor cannot reproduce the problem they are telling us it is a personal problem. We load client printers at log on? . We use Universal Drivers mapped to the client drivers. We use all HP printers on our networks and we are using Citrix clients version 6.??.
