Slow opening MS Office attachments

Hi,

One of my users is complaining about Outlook being very slow when opening MS Word, EXCEL attachments. I have seen solutions about clearing attachment cache but unfortunately that folder is hidden and I can't get to it even after making hidden folders visible. Also, it is fine when opening pdf attachments for example so it is only MS Office attachments. Anyone has any idea what might be causing it?
