Slow NFS write perfomance

Hello,
I am facing same issue than above thread.
I reach 4Mb/sec to copy file to the nfs mount while it should be around 100Mb/sec.

Is there a known issue/parameter for AIX ?

I have used the below options:
proto=tcp,rsize=524288,wsize=524288
