Slow MWI, what is the Update schedule? 1

Sorry if this is a repeat. I can't get the search to work in this forum.

Users are complaining of slow message waiting lights, like 45 minutes. Whenever I test mine it sets in a second or two. The only thing I can see that might be related to this is the Update Schedule tab on the MWI config screen. Ours is set for 1 hour. But if that is the problem why do most lights come on in seconds?
 
It is not the problem. How is it the the user thinks it is delayed that long? Could it be the time is wrong on the MAS or MSS and they just think it is delayed? What type of ports are you using?

Good idea and I thought you had it nailed because I have had trouble with the time on those boxes in the past. But I guess I got those problems resolved because the MAS and MSS times are spot on.

I need to check with the latest user again and see if he used the envelope info to get the time the message was left or if the caller said the time.
 
I also was having complaints of slow MWI. I found it to be the following settings on the station forms of the phones. They still had Intuity audix as entries. Once I changed them as indicated below, I have not had an issue since. Worth a look!
