Oct 23, 2000 #2 dm7941 Programmer Sep 8, 2000 125 US I have a few thoughts, but most probably are not what you are looking for. I will assume that he is NOT on a WAN connecting through DSL to the server. Did he have the novell client32 on the workstation? If so, has it (and the spx/ipx protocol) been removed completely? Is there some other network traffic, like replication or database activity that has changed? Is the network 10baseT ethernet? 100? Did you change the server hardware or just install SBS on the old novell box? are you running a novell gateway on the NT box? Is more than one computer on the network having the same type of problem? I know these are really not answers, but there are a lot of possibilities. If you give me a few specifics, I'll see what i can come up with! David Moore [sig][/sig] Upvote 0 Downvote
