I am sending an email that contains just a header from a shell script on an NCR unix machine. The e-mail is going to an internal e-mail address and takes anywhere from 1/2 hour to 6 hours. This machine is dedicated to the processes I am running and overall is not very busy.
I am using a simple mailx -s "My Subject" command to send the e-mail.
I can do the same exact thing on an HP unix server and I have an immediate response.
Does anyone have any suggestions on things I can look for that could be the culprit?
TIA
