Slow Downloads

I have a flash intro, there are people who have slow download connections so for them I would like them to be able to choose to bypass the intro, is there a simple code or something I could put in the html file to do this?

getBytesTotal()/getTimer()

ought to give a reasonable approximation

if the answer is low have flash skip the intro
