Site having intermitent issue with "slow" DT. System is 2400 IPX using Dterm I and E series sets. During heavy traffic periods, User goes off hook and gets "BSY" in the display. Then, after 5-15 seconds of staying off hook, they will get dialtone and can place calls. Suspect possible TSW issue. Anyone run in to this before? Tips for isolating further? Thanks

Run a register sender test. You may have one or more cards defective, or you may be running into a high traffic situation where you may need to add some.
Also, if you have redundant time division, switch over and monitor.
