We have 2 sites. Our local site maps all printers fine. Our remote site has its own file and print server but can take ages to map the printers in Citrix. A user can login and have no printers then logout, log straight back in again and all printers are then there. Where are the policies held when you create a printing policy?

Slow Creation of Printers

Can you provide a little more information.
What version of Presenation Server are you using.
Are the printer servers located at the same geographic locaiton as the citrix servers or are the printer server remote?
I have seen this when the printer servers were remote (where the users are coming from) and the citrix servers were back in head office on presentation server 4.0 never tested on 4.5 - really we have the printer server located on the same server subnet as the citrix servers so there is no connecting over any WAN links etc for printing information.
