Slow connection/traffic

Hi All,

I've a network problem. We're station in Singapore and have a website hosted in Texas US.
Our client also in Singapore try to access this website, speed is normal. But from our office is very-very slow.
ISP are different, but using tracert almost same, only different few hop in US site.

How normally this can be happen? Any clue, please?
