We were having some performance issues on our visual basic client programs for weeks. Then yesterday we saw 3 weird locks and we cleared them. Now the clients are running much better. Is there a way of checking for others locks on our server? I ran sp_who and sp_who2 but I am not sure what to look for. Is there an automated job that I can run to monitor other weird locks? We have SQL Server 2000.
