Slow Client conexion

Hi,
i configured a pix firewall in my network and the clients exchange its very slow. The error messages in the queue the internet mail service: Network error during host resolution
My old network had a IBM firewall and no problems with mail server.
The others servers (Web,FTP, Radius, Citrix) working very well inside and outside


Could you help me?
