SLOW CGI processing

I created a very short and simple feedback form and my objective is to forward the submitted form to an email address.

The problem is that, when a user finally clicks the submit button, it takes a while to process the request at the hosting site.

Also, when I receive the completed form on the email, it doesn't lined up properly according to the original field that was created from.

Any idea on how to correct this problem?
