Slow boot on 7044-270

We have a 7044-270 that takes 15 minutes to reboot. I powered off the server, connected to a serial port and found that fastboot was already enabled in the service processor menu. I didn't see anything else in any of the service processor menus that could cause the slow boot. I don't think this is caused within AIX as this happens no matter what OS is installed. The 7044 is currently booting 5.1 and 5.2. Is there any other area that I should look in to correct this?

Watch the operator display on the front of the system unit during a reboot and make a note of any codes it seems to hang on for more than a minute, then look them up and take it from there.
