I have an issue with very slow loading of client computers when adding them to the Windows 2003 Small Business Server domain. The issue appears to affect the Windows 2000 Professional and NT computers.

Takes about 30 minutes for it to finish loading personal settings.

Clues?

Well normally slow logons can be caused by incorrect DNS settings but this only affects 2000/XP not usually NT4.

Are you using roaming profiles for your users?

NO roaming profiles. I better check the dns settings. It should be set correctly when I add it to the domain though if I haven't modified it.
