Does anyone know of a definitive list available for MCK/Citel units that associates the 3 letter designation in the model number with the phone system for which it is intended? I have searched Citel support and the net and can't seem to locate one.

In all of the MCK units I have dealt with, you download the flash needed for your telephone system and flash the unit with it. We have changed telephone systems just by flashing.

I can identify any models for you.

The first letter identifies if it is a switch/gateway (S) unit or (R) remote/extender unit.

The second letter ids the PBX the unit is intended for ie L=Lucent, N=Nortel, U=Universal etc.

The third letter ids the OEM or lack of. L=avaya/Lucent branded unit, M=MCK/Citel unit

Let me know if you have other units needing identification.
