Hi,

this is slightly off-topic, but it must be a common issue - Google doesn't seem to think so though :(

A customer has sent me a .indd file, but I don't have InDesign - is there a way to open it?

After searching, I've found out you can open the file in Pagemaker, but then the file then simply becomes a graphic.

I'm downloading the InDesign demo now, but it's 250MB over a slow connection....

Thanks for any help!

Where did you find this? It is not true.

Aside from owning the full version, the demo is the only way to open the file properly.
