Slepstreaming Windows Updates

I am crossing into new territory. I have never done any slip streaming. I always just installed the OS as-is and downloaded the updates.

What sites and/or software are recommended for slipstreaming?

I also want to look into unattended installs, any recommended websites and or software here as well.

I have use both Autostream and nlite, autostream works good for Service packs only. nlite also dose hot fixes.
