sleep process automatically kill

I have problem with user login whose loged in are sleeped weekdays.right Now I grep the user process and check the number of login days and status of that process and after that I kill the process.Can I do this process automatically? if users are loged in more than 7 days and this process are idle.It should be automatically kill.
