How do you remove the caption bar at the top of a form
for displaying a full screen image on a splash form ?

Change border icons to all false and border style to bsDialog. These can be found in the form's Object Inspector under the Properties tab.

Actually, that does not work BUT if you set border style to
bsNone it does work,
