SLA for Exchange

Hi everyone.

I just started to manage exchange 2003 and one of my fisrt assigment is to create and SLA contract with our internal customers for exchange.

Does anyone have information about what I should consider to create an SLA for exchange or if they are some reference about how to create it, what I should measure to determine the sla, etc.

you need to measure unplanned downtime, time to recovery a message, a mailbox, a store, and a server. Among other things.
