SL500 OP Panel

Hi

Just a question on the SL500 OP Panel....

One of our customer's OP Panel goes like in a "sleep mode" and takes a long time to appear... after you touch the screen...

Is there a setting to avoid that?

Also can the flash/ screen saver be disabled?

I did not find anything in the user guide regarding the above....

Can be be that the OP panel is ? faulty?

I could not find any fault, etc...

This is a know problem of op panel...I solved it, with firmware library update...
