SL500 issues?

has anyone had any SAN issues with the SL500?
Just got one in and was looking for a "heads up" in case I run into anything.

No SAN issues, just hardware issues. We have had the Robot replaced 3 times. The first time the thing just self destructed, the other 2 times was due to the internal Robot cable kept getting hung up and ripping off.

after replacement you still going fine?

The overall concept/design seems great. We bought it for the expandability.

Hope my install goes well.
