SL2100 TIME

The time on the chassis is correct but the time on the phones is incorrect. I have the correct zone entered in 10.01. I can update the time via admin in the phones, but when the system updates from NTP is when the time on the phones is changed to the wrong time.
BTW - these are VOIP phones.
