Sl2100 relay maglock

Pulling my hair out over this. Have a sl2100 with 2 door boxes, front had a door strike and rear has a maglock

Each are wired to separate esp 12v psu.the relay from the sl2100 wires directly to the push (to exit) button on tge esp psu.

Door 1 is programmed with relay 1 and door 2 with relay 2.

Whwn going to release door 1 pressing flssh opens the door strike.

Door 2 doesn't release when the flash key is pressed. Ive tested the relay with a multimeter so know that it works.

Anyone had any success integrating a maglock?

Does the maglock need a break rather than a make contact?

Yes works opposite to a door strike, so the relay is wired in series with the push to exit button.

Use the internal relay to control and external relay. Use that one for make or break as needed.

Use the internal realy to control the maglock? The current wiring diagram works once and the sl2100 relay ceases to work after that.

During your testing, are you waiting long enough for the relay to release?

it set to 10secs, just rigged this up on a test bench and have no issues with the maglock releasing. I dont understand why it will not work on site frustratingly.

For those wanting to know, I've rectified this by means of an analogue door phone (2n) it appears distance and cabling appears to be the issue.

The maglock is some 70mtrs away from the boxes power supply and ccu. There is 13.something volts DC being sent via a signal cable to 100pr box con jumpered to a 20pr cable. From the 20pr 2 signal cables 1to the maglock and 1 to the emergency break glass, push to exit and override.

When I installed the SLT door phone and connected the open relay to the cable going via the 20pr it didn't work but worked by splicing into the push to exit.

I doubt the signal from the ccu relay was supplying the regulated output due to distance or because if the 1308.
