Sl2100 InReport dosen't show transfered call

Hi All
Sl2100 / InReport
If EXt 210 dosen't have permission to make outgoing calls (trunk call)
and EXT 210 make a call To Operatpr (EXT 200 ) after that operator transfer call to Trunk and dial outside Number and hangup
the call establised bettwen EXT 210 and outside Party.
but inreport record 2 SMDR
1- from 210 to 200
2- from 200 to outside number
and xcharge the outside call on operator

i used putty and noticed the Sl2100 output 3 record
1- from 210 to 200
2- from 200 to outside number
3- from 210 to outside number
and charge the outside call on EXT 210 and that is the right way
Do you have any suggestion to solve Inreport Problem
I sue Inreport Ver 1.10.1 and application manager Ver 1.8.1 and main software Ver sl2100_05.00.00

Pretty sure Incontrol or Inreport uses P-codes and not SMDR.

i don't have P-code
did you mean Account code
any way
the PBX is SV9100 and it used in hotel So I can not use account code for each room guest.

InControl uses the system machine codes. Most Hospitality systems will use the SMDR off the system. Both may run at the same time.

but I didn't have InControl did you mean InConnect / InFIAS
However,I Think it remains an InReport problem with transfered calls.
