Sl2100 inmail problem

I have sl2100 and i change the 22-05
Incoming trunk ring group assignment in 001 trunk i have one co line in first co i change mode 1 to 102 and mode 2 to 102 but whene i make a call to sl2100 i I can't hear the inmail message only Just ringing without receiving it in any extension or inmail i don't now what's the problem

No the voice mail not working but i use the VRS like a auto attendant and any one is The best the inmail or vrs

Well, the voicemail in the US is always sold with the system so there is no reason not to use it. I know a LOT of people use the VRS like a vm in the rest of the world. Pretty sure using 102 WONT GET THE vrs TO PICKUP.
