I installed an SL2100 with ip phones set to manual registration. I set everything and and it worked fine. However if a phone looses connection and has to be re-registered I am getting Duplicate Register Port >>>Ext XXXX. I am using the system DHCP on it's own network. I don't really want to do plug and play if I don't have too, but not sure why this is happening.

Verify the set up in the phone, make sure they have the extension and password assigned and also in the system in 15-05 and 84-22.
Release the ports using 90-23 through telephone programming.
