SL2100 Directory

Hi,

Im trying to setup a directory for a customer to be able to press the 'DIR' button on there phone and access name and number. im having trouble setting this up.
i enter name and number into the speed dial on PC pro but then that data doesn't load onto the phones after applying and uploading.

any help would be appreciated
