Can someone tell me how to get the caller ID info to show up in the CL button on all phones, not just the phone that answered the call?
For example we have a small office where the receptionist answers a call in the file room at x105, hangs up and goes back to her phone x101 and wants to view the caller ID info of the call she answered at 105. When she presses her CL button it says Caller ID Log Empty and has to go back to 105 to see the info. The calls are set to ring at all phones and they want all caller ID info, answered or not, to show up at all phones.
Is this possible?
