SL2100 Auto Attendant Default to Mailbox

I programmed my SL2100 to ring 4 times and go to night ring 102, My recording was blank, I then setup the In Mail dialing table to time out to 202. It worked for a few weeks and now only times out. Anyone familiar with this programming option.
