SL2100 and IP Viking Intercom Programming

Hello, I recently installed an SL2100 with IP phones. We have 4 IP Viking boxes onsite. I am able to reach each Viking box. I can rename them and I have set them with a static IP. This is my first time ever trying to make these work with a PBX. Does anyone have any experience in this? Thank you for your time!

Never used one but it would probably help if you gave the model number/s of the Viking units.

Of course. I have 3 E-32-IP and 1 E-10-IP.

Ok so we can look at the config info for those models (the website was a little overwhelming) but I suspect the setup is as a simple SIP extension. the first question is, do you have any licensed in the system?

I do have 4 licenses in the system.
