My customer has a Door King gate controller connected to trunk 4 on the SL1100. They have a couple of AT%T cordless DECT base stations and several cordless handhelds. They want the cordless extensions to have a distinctive ring tone when a person is calling from the gate on trunk 4. I set 15-28 for some of the available options but the phones do no ring any differently. Would 15-03-12 work if I changed it to normal. Or, can these phones just not accept the cadence of the ringtone generated from the NEC?

After setting 15-28 did you disconnect then reconnect to the system? Some program items require a disconnect from the system to take affect. Some require a full system reset.
How is trunk 4 programmed for incoming? DIL? Ring group?
