sl1100 transfer issues

after upgrading sl1100 transfers to exts will not follow call forwarding and always recall
notice that when transfer is pushed the hold button lights up have many other sl1100 systems that don't light the hold button when trf pressed
anybody have any ideas thanks

The first thing to check are the timers in 24-02 Transfer System Options

24-02-03 "Delayed Call Forward Time" needs to be shorter than 24-02-04 "Transfer Recall Time." If The Call Forward Delay timer is longer than the Transfer Return timer it will transfer return before it forwards to whatever destination you have set in 24-09.

checked above delay timer is less than the other timer
what I need to figure out is why does the hold button light when trf is pushed have many sl1100 installed this is the only one that does this any help appriciated

There's a Class of Service setting you could look at:
20-11-07 Transfer without Hold

You could also compare it to a config that works. In PC Pro click on Reports (Top Menu Bar: File, Home, View, Reports) and then click "Non default value." This will output all the values that are different from the system defaults. You're probably looking for something that's changed in the non-working config but still at default in the working one. If nothing else it will considerably narrow down the list of settings to check.
