I'm not that familiar with the NEC systems so I don't know all the features, etc. I have a customer with a small motel that has three answering positions: the front desk digital set, a cordless phone and the auto-attendant. I think someone dialed something on the cordless that has taken it out of service (or something like that). When you go off-hook on the cordless, you get stutter dial tone and the cordless can no longer be called. Is there any way to determine what got dialed and how to undo it?

Sounds like it's in DND. Try dialing 747 at the SLT. Or, log into PCPro and look at MB 93 for station information. It will tell you what features are turned on.
