SL1100 incoming call "Option is invalid"

Hi, Let me admit that i have no idea what im doing lol.
I'm trying to set up a friends NEC SL1100 with 4 x SIP trunks.
I now can make external phone calls but incoming i get a message that reads
"option is invalid, Please press 1 to call or hash to cancel"
Any ideas please would be greatly appreciated.
