SL1100 forwarding to outside line 1

I have a NEC SL1100. The system was hacked into and international calls where placed thru voice mail.
I have reset all passwords on mailboxes but I need to disable forwarding to outside line and cannot find where to do it.
Any other suggestions are appreciated!!

MB 20-11-12, uncheck all classes. Also, go to 47-20 and look for any outdial numbers in every mailbox. Delete them.
