SL1100 first caller ID digit missing

Hi there. With the SL1100 setup on ISDN lines, the caller ID information delivered is missing the first digit (0). This I assume is why the caller ID displays a number and not the name from the address book. I have had a scan of the settings and am not too sure what may be needed to correct this?
